More Scrolls help? *SPOILERS

Since I've decided to play TNO through as a fighter for the rest of the game, I'm trying to get Dak'kon equipped with as many good spells as possible. After getting the Lv 7 fighter bonus, I switched TNO to a mage and keep him there until Lv 9 (switched him back to a fighter at that point).
He had a spell (don't remember where I got it) called "Missile of Patience" which I used a couple times. Would like to get it for Dak'kon.
Can anyone tell me where I can purchase this spell? Or is it just found in random loot?

What a great site.
Now I can find where to buy spells and other items with out being concerned about accidentally reading spoilers.

That -is- a great link. I wasn't aware a couple of those spells weren't available in game.

I may have to do something about that...

The link is ok. I already knew about it actually, it doesn't tell you where to find every spell, nor does the merchant guide on that site.
