Question about new classes/races and the OC

I have the original nwn2 and have been toying with playing it again. After looking it up I see there are now 2 add-ons, Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir. In the add-ons there are new classes and races so, my question is, if I want to play the OC again after buying both add-ons will I have access to the new classes/races in the OC or will they only appear in the add-on campaigns?
The reason I ask is because I dont want to start a new game without the add-ons if I can have access to the new classes/races in the OC

..and at least in the case of new races, both campaigns (the OC and MOTB), will likely be more suited to their level penalties (than SOZ).
