Yeah i got it but i need to learn how to use it?
and they wouldnt let me join them
so i join them later of something?

Currently the only means I Have found to learn how to use the Power armor is to follow the main thread Quest's of; following your dad's footsteps till you escort Doctor Li(and her crew keep lots of stimpacks on you just in case) to the Citadel(brotherhood of the steel) Elder Lyons will give the ok for Paladin Gunny to train you, then you can go back to not completing the game. Hope that helps with out too much spoiler.

I think there may be away to get the training from the outkasts and possibly with the enclave as well, but I have not found it as yet.

Glad it helped. I am intending to start an evil run through and see if I can get enclave trained or even outcast trained. May take some time but if I find out how I'll post it as well for those interested. Heck if anyone else finds it first let me know I'd love to see it from another side. I know BotS was the only way to get trained in the first installment. Who knows they may have stuck us with just BotS again.
