When rooting out the Githyanki in their Merchant Quarter hideout during Act I, after I have driven off the construct, one of the Githyanki is typically still alive...and apparently invulnerable against all damage. Generally, I'd just make a strategic retreat, except that one of my party is down for the count at this point. So, here I am, stuck in the hideout with an enemy I can't kill, having my party (very slowly) getting killed. Any ideas?

It sounds like a script didn't trigger properly. Did you try loading an earlier save and fighting through the base again?

Restart from an earlier save. the Construct should be scripted to attack tha githyanki before you.
