That's part of the test
He is a soldier guarding something in the game. I haven't messed with his stats and when the pic was taken, he had no equipment on.

rolls of 101 ??!!
I managed 75 with my Ranger (BG1) Stalker (BG2) but did not know about rerolling, 87 with my Avenger, after rerolling for 15 minutes, and 92 with a Bard that I never ended up using (just to see how high a roll I could get before getting bored).
For an Amnish soldier it does seem a little cheesy.
