BIG item problem in the CS

Hi, I have a custom item that one of my npc's in my mod im working on wears. no problems with it..
in one of the quests i have made, one of the same item is given to the pc. that goes fine. when i try to wear the item...my computer makes a horrible sound...and the game completely crashes.
i had this error thing before when i had made a typo in the result box...but i cant see where i would have made this typo...
ive been working on this mod for over a year...im so close...
if someone could help me see what stupid mistake ive amde now, that would be awesome.
