The game crashes! :|

I have a BIG problem.... when making the final kill to reach level 50... the game crashes... I tried to load back several times but always the same thing happens... I'm in Land Bridge on the Isle of Thanatos, before meeting with Nasrudin, and I have Virgil and Raven as followers....
