In chapter 1, in the swamps, i picked up the shard but nothing happened.
Bevil didnt talked to me, and when i came back to talk to Daeghun, he asked me why i returned empty handed! i dont know what to do, so please help me

The easiest thing to try is to load your game and pick up the shard again. You might also want to try playing the game without any patches.

Ido have patches, so how should i delete them?

You'd have to uninstall and then re-install the game.
