Rag Doll? *SPOILERS

I'm in Clerk's Ward and after buying the Deva's Tears and Fiends Tongue to complete a quest, since I had enough money I decided to buy all the "exotic items" from the Curiosity Shop.

What's with the Lady of Pain Rag Doll? I save my game and then fool around with it, but nothing happens.

So I reload and try again. Nothing

Is this an Easter Egg? A little nudge in the right direction if you would? Please no big spoilers

I really cannot recall if you already completed this something or not and I can't explain it without spoiling anything, but after using it, try leaving the area, as in moving to the Hive or something like that.

Be careful what you ask for. You may get it

After taking your advice and leaving CW for the Hive, it worked.

Now I'm wondering around in this maze. Can't find my way out yet and have not found any items.

Will keep trying, but in the event I get frustrated, is there anything in here that's essential to the game like a quest or a memory or a clue? Made sure I had a saved game before hand just in case.

It's only an optional part of the game. If you explore the area you'll find something somewhere in the north, including a hint how to get out.

PS: Once you're out don't make the Lady angry ever again. Next time she won't be that nice.
