stats upgrades in FO2?

I know there are some, but I can't seem to find a list anywhere. Even those implants that give you armor would be useful. I'd like to know them before I start making my character, as it will obviously influence the character I want. Does anyone know this, please?

Blue Memory Module found in Navarro used to increase Charisma
Green Memory Module found in Military Base used to increase Perception
Red Memory Module found in Vault City (vault) used to increase Strength
Yellow Memory Module found in SAD used to increase Intelligence
Dermal Impact Armor, Phoenix Armor Implants and their upgrades can be purchased from doctors in Vault City, Redding or San Francisco once you learn about implants in Vault City.
