Can someone please tell me something about this thing i've read??? Is anyone of you played this?? How it works??

I believe that you set up your stats as normal and include details about what you would do in certain situations like you find a group of enemies, a fighter, spellcaster, thief etc, you say who would you target first. Sometimes they do detailed rolls etc.
