Followers Bug

Hello. I just noticed that Vic stopped following me around town and I can't talk to him. Is this a common issue? Can I fix it?

Secondly, a bit detail would help to diagnose your problem.
1) What version are you using?
2) Where were you, and what did you do immediately before Vic stopped responding?
3) Have you tried to load saved game and see if that happens again?
It's known issue that sometimes NPCs may stop following you because of various reasons, mostly because your charisma dropped and thus your size of party got smaller, leading to buggish remove of one party member. Also, shooting (accidentaly or not) NPC may cause what you are experiencing.
