Now it could be that I'm particularly warped, but has anyone else ever noticed something funny about that nice Mom, Dad and kids show of 50s suburbia? I mean is it just possible that a twisted and malicious producer deliberately named those two endearing boys Wally and Beaver?

I want to know, was Wally playing with Beaver?

Okay, here's a wierd bit. When I was working backstage in a dinner theatre back in the early 80s, one of the actors claimed that he was in an off-broadway play with Jerry Mathers (sp?), and used to sit around between scenes behind the theatre smoking pot with him. The actor said it was quite surreal to be getting high with 'the Beav.'
