Thanks wesp

I forgot to ask one thing last time around: in my last playthrough The Nosferatu had no inventory items for unarmed combat or for his wallet. That's no real problem, except that you can't finish the tutorial if you're unable to select a fist in your inventory.

Thank you a lot Wesp, I've been waiting anxiously for this release to arrive!

Now I feel more confident in starting a new game. I really appreciate you've taken your time in fixing any possible bugs.

Keep up the good work!

I have all your patches installed so far, and every time I talk to Isaac he says "Evening... evening". Does this update fix that by any chance? If not, is it something you plan on looking into?

That is a known random bug that never happened to me and I can't fix. Just start a new game and everything should be fine.

This is certainly intended as it is one sound file with different intonations. It may be a reference to some movie or other...

Problem with the "Trick or Treatment" quest.

Hi,

I have started a new game (patches installed: 1.2 + 5.6 as plus patch) and chose a female Malkavian. In Santa Monica I went to the hospital and wanted to get Heather but when I talked to her she said "Uh. Please get a doctor" the only thing I could answer is "I will bring a healer.". When I choose this answer and talk to her again, she says "Heh huh. Can someone call my grandma... please?!?" than I could reply "Don't go before I rescue you, little morsel!". After choosing this answer she says "Ah ehh hmm" or something like that and then she only moans everytime I want to talk to her.

Is the quest solved after that dialog, though my questlog isn't updated after all.
Is their an animation missing perhaps?

Thanks to all who answer.

You need to know about ghouling before you can solve that quest...

After turning in the "Surf's Up" quest, you can drop the Astrolite and pick it up again to have the quest appear again in your log.

The cashbox texture in Gallery Noir is also broken.

Okay, I made it undroppable again to avoid this. As for the texture issues of the other poster. Everything looks fine on my system so I have no idea what happened.

I am unsure if this is a bug or not, but I'm going through the game for the first time with a Nosferatu and while the game description says that being seen by a human counts as a masquerade violation, however, I was spotted plenty of times by people in Santa Monica, Downtown as well as the museum staff with no deductions to my Masquerade Points.

This is normal as to not make the game to difficult. You need to get very close to some specific NPCs like cops to trigger a Masquerade Violation.

Alright.

Also, I seem to have problems with the opening movie, where the graphics seem to be rough at points, such as the scene where the group breaks down the door and stakes your sire. It comes out all choppy for and jumpy for me in terms of performance.

Also, at the end of the gathering, when the other vampires leave (Nines and Therese to be more precise), instead of walking, they seem to be "sliding" on the floor.

The seller at the Sin Bin has a graphical problem with his left eye (the eye that's on your left when you look at him). During dialog, during certain expressions, the eyeball tends to come outside the bottom eyelid.

There is nothing I can do about this, must be connected with your computer.

Again, nothing that I could fix. Most cutscenes have issues like this.

And another common problem. You will notice similar problems with many models like arms or hair or horns clipping through skin.

I see. I tried the game on two computers and the opening movie issue still stands. You have such problem?
