I'm supposed to be at a point in Act III where I talk to Ivarr about rebuilding the old church to suit him and getting his dragon quest. I am an aasimar/paladin/divine champion. I can't find Ivarr, and the church is locked. What am I doing wrong?

Any help appreciated.

Have you talked to Master Veedle about rebuilding the church yet?

Thanks for responding, swcarter. I didn't realize I had to rebuild the church before talking to Ivarr. I thought I had to talk to Ivarr and his competition, the monastery advocate, and choose between them. I've rebuilt the church, and there he was!
