ok here goes,
i just found myself a new hobby for the weekends: Waiting for the Sun to come up
It is a nice hobby requires a lot of endurance and willpower.
I'm practicing this hobby for 3 weekends now and each day i had less sleep.
With 10 hours of sleep in the first weekend, 6 in the second and 2.5 in the last weekend u can see i'm phasing out my sleeping hours.
But the thing is after a weekend with now sleep i'm kinda F*cked *p
Does anyone shares this Hobby with my and has some advices to get over my serious lack of sleep??
or am i the only one and did i just invented a new hobby???

Couldn't you consider sleeping at night and rising early to watch the sun come up? I think that might be healthier...

I'm confused- you are not sleeping on purpose(i understant that), so is the problem that you need to go to sleep and can't- or are you trying to not sleep ever again but you are about to fall out?

Not at all, but I don't stay up unless I party, wich of course can last 2-3 days
If you find you have a hard time staying awake, use cold (very cold) water on you hands and arms (just put your arms under the cold wather for 2-3 minutes every 2 hours or so dependening on how it helps you

) - I used this trick when I sat through a James Bond marathon (43 hours of James Bond) in a cinema, it helps.
To catch up on sleep, just sleep 1 or 2 hours more on weekdays, then it shouldn't be a problem at all.
(unless it is everyday you wan't to see the sun rise

)
Of course mondays will be hard, but you'll get use to not sleeping.
