Probably a silly question but...

How do people go from 'normal' members to 'exalted' members? Is it due to length of time registered or to amount of posts or other members ratings or what? I noticed my status seemed to change about a week ago and I registered in July if that is any help.
(This is probably not very important but I was just curious)

Once you get 50 posts, you become exalted.
Congatulations

Saying members here are "normal" is a stretch

What exactly do you consider normal anyway?

Ahh, now it makes sense! Are there any awards for 500, 5000 posts?
I would consider myself 'normal' (maybe!)

Well you lose one friend for each 100 posts.

I didn't know I had that many to lose!, that makes it 24 and a bit

If I run out of RL friends to lose - do I start losing GB friends?

You get to post: "my 500(0) posts, whohoo PARTY!!"
Get a few *hug*'s and some drinks on the house (Probably Dr Pepper), if the place hasn't been burned down by some of our *kuch* respected *kuch* members.
Other than that...nope, none what so ever, oh except the "I'm a Spammer" T-shirt at 5000.

It's probably the same thing that happens with most of the feminine articles of clothing around here

Possibly, though they usually tend to disappear while someone is wearing them... I never had my t-shirt to begin with! A pre-emptive strike, so to speak...
