Alright so here's the thing, I do Sheregorath's [IDK how you spell it] daedric quest, and I fine three problems AFTER I complete it, 1. I'm invisible and my body is standing still when I'm not actually there, so then I tried fixing it, and it worked. 2. I'm an argonian, AND I CAN'T FREAKIN' BREATHE UNDER WATER! I have been able to breathe under water since the beginning and now I can't so I have to wear a ring. 3. [Confusing] I have Umbra and These Refined Frost Salts, now these two items have been quest items and now there not for some reason. [Umbra was because I had the sword and i refused to give it to Clavicus] But the frost salts I cannot explain.

When exactly did this happen? RIGHT after you finished the quest? Did all these things happen at exactly the same time, because there seems to be a strange variation of problems.

yes after the quest the thing where i saw my own body and i was invisible happened when i started running in a forest, then i did the a quest in the mages guild that required me to go in water and then i noticed that i couldnt breathe under water, then the quest items... I went to my so called "house" [Actually the wizards tower] and went to drop everything in my storage area and take the stuff i want to sell [there was alot of stuff i wanted to sell so thats why i dropped everything] and then i dropped the refined frost salts that have been a quest item for ages, until now. And now i realize now that i get hurt from poison [Argonians are 100% resistant to poison] so I'm pretty much not even an argonian now, [And btw the whole invisible thing is fixed]

(1) Maybe if you open the console and type showracemenu, then reselect Argonian, maybe it will fix itself that way.

But be careful, using this menu will reset all of your skills to their default initial settings. (If you edit your race, instead of clicking "done" when you are done, leave the race menu open with the console up and save your game. When you reload it your race/looks will be changed like you wanted them to be and your skills will not be reset.) (From the UESPWiki)

(2) Also, you can make something a quest item using the console code setquestobject <BaseID> <flag>.

To make the refined salts a quest item again, type in:

setquestobject 00022F1A 1

and for Umbra, type in:

setquestobject 00026B22 1

Ha Ha.. Do you know how old this thread is? [Not as old as some] I still haven't fixed the problem yet but whatever. And just to make this less confusing...

I'm an argonian with no abilities that argonians have. That is the only BIG
problem that needs to be fixed..

Assuming you are on PC:
While in-game hit the tilde key on your keyboard, it looks like: ~ and is situated just left of the number 1.

A little box will appear which will allow you to fix various bugs etc.
But, be careful, it's easy to screw up, so make a backup save first. The link Lifeshell gave you is very good, so check that page for more information.
