Actually I think he's the only hugger Waverly likes to pretend his feelings are hurt. Then he tries to get hugs that way..It doesn't work too well though

DP and Wavely are in different leagues and have different motives and methods. DP is in the single A's and prefers to suck up and grovel. Waverly is on the pro circuit and just flirts a bit.

@Kramor: I don't think he grovels for lack of a better technique... I think he truly enjoys having women grind their heals into his forhead
