Correct on my riddle.
Don't know what yours is. You should post more riddles. I seem to be the only one posting them most of the time.
I'm so fast you can't see me,
Though everyone sees straight through me,
I don't stop until the day you die.
What am I?
I think this one is a bit false too...the blink of an eye.
As for my last riddle, I will reveal the answer in black:
They all have a second part of them, however they are not related to that animal, the praire dog is not a dog, the silkworm is not a worm, the guinea pig is not a pig etc. etc..
I'll post another one, hopefully it is easier:
John was watching the television. Just after the midnight news, the weather report came on saying "It is raining now and will rain for the next two days, however in 72 hours it will be bright and sunny." Immediatley John said "Wrong again!" He was correct, but how did he know?

Correct on mine.
Uh...
it wasn't raining, like the report said? And the gap between 48 and 72 hrs isn't covered?

by dj_venom
Nope, it was infact raining, and he was 100% sure, it wasn't a guess or prediction. So howcome he was certain he was correct?

I've got it!
Because in exactly 72 hrs. it will be midnight and dark. No sunlight at night.

Bravo, that's the spirit

. I'm guessing you're still not used to answering the riddles, seeing as I've probably answered about ten pages of yours

, now you can get payback.
Here's another one:
Jeff is the manager of a local bank. Every morning, he will wake up, have white coffee, walked a certain route which took him 2 hours and then return get dressed and drive to work. One morning he was feeling hung over, he forgot to put the milk in and had black coffee. He walked the same route, except this time it took 120 minutes, even though he went to exactly the same places. Once more he returned and drove off to work. Can you explain why the time is different?

->
Because 120 mins is 2 hours. The exact same amount of time. So the time isn't different.

Ooooo that's it, time for a cracker of a riddle:
A man was having terrible nightmares one night. In his nightmare, he saw that someone had planted a bomb in his office and that it exploded killing hundreds. The next morning he immediately told his boss, who carried out a search just in case. They did find a bomb, and the boss was extremely happy the bomb had been avoided, he shook the employe's hand, and then promptly fired him. Why?

by Ravager
-> That employee set the bomb? And he was having nightmares of the possibility of the death caused by it?
Posted: Mon Sep 19, 2005 7:14 am
by dj_venom
Nope, the employee had nothing to do with the planting of that bomb, and only knew about it in his dream.

by watsaguy2do
Its a long shot, but here goes:
Because the bomb was aimed at the dreaming employee, thus his boss didnt want any more threats to the building?

->
The boss was going to fire the employee anyway? E.g. wasn't working hard enough.

by dj_venom
No and no. The empoylee was fired as a result of the bomb being found and he was not a target. Think about why he would be fired if he found a bomb in the morning...

Firstly you don't say the bomb was found in his office, it is an assumption we make.
I say it was found in the bosses office. And he was fired because only he knew so he was most likely suspect.

PST... Fas... thats supposed to be black...

That's some good thinking, but unfortunately that's not the case. The bomb was just found within the building. The man was fired by the boss not because he was a suspect, but because the boss had a perfectly good reason to fire him as a result.

--> The boss saw that the bomb was placed in the office without any difficulty, no borken doors, no locks damaged... So he fired the employee b/c he didn't lock the doors before leaving the office after work the previous evening...? <--
