Aren't the words "Swedish" and "boring" going very well together

Sweden just was the EU chairman nation for 6 months, and foreign journalists has evaluated the Swedish chairmanship as "boring but safe". Then, at the meeting in Gotherburg a few weeksa go, Swedish police lost control over the demonstrations and there were riots. After that, the new evaluation was "boring and not even safe".
