Well, first week was okay, second week very hard. I have slept during last 7 days and 14 hours about 22 hours, which is not even close to enough...
Oh, and my fingers are hurting quite much, making typing very though... :( :(
It sounds like they are running you ragged there Kipi. Do they have you working your hands a lot? I know when I first started my job, I wasn't used to the kind of work I had to put my hands doing and they ached a lot the firs 2 weeks or so. :(

I suppose I'll have to go through that after my exams... :o

There's an advert here says "Tired of your cursor?" Strikes me as a bit like "Tired of your fingers?" Some people must get bored really easily

Hey slade!

@ Rav, Probably. I end having to tear open boxes, and those bags of frozen vegetables? They don't come all loose like when you find them in the freezers at a grocery store. I have to break them up by hand because they come frozen in blocks from being packed so tight into boxes. Killed my fingers for a while doing that.

Och Tony, you've got an excuse. You are a student I gather. Finding things to do to avoid studying is part of your job. Though I still think that's pretty desperate :D

Ouch. :(
There's something I may have to look forward to. I expect if I do get a job during my big break it will either be in some supermarket, shop or a combination...
Inspiring stuff, eh? :o

@Fiona, I had different cursors too...though that's something built into Windows...nothing downloaded.

Okay, I'm back

The amount of sleep wouldn't have been a problem if the work wasn't that much demanding. Ie we spent over 35 hours digging those damned potholes (sp? hole in ground where two soldiers fit to stand and they are covered...). That's also the reason why my fingers are hurting so much...

Pubs are better to work in than shops, Rav. They'd jump at a teetotaller too, so it should be easy to get a job

Hello Kipi. That sounds tough

Hey Tony!

Probably Rav. It's good exercise doing stock work though. Tones up your muscles and such. ;)

@ Kipi, Oh, digging is harsh on your body. Sorry to hear that man. :(

Yes, especially when the ground is totally frozen to the depth of 1,5 meters...
And we were only able to use our battle-shovels...

*nods* No it's still a little white arrow, but you're so right: in fact that's pretty much why I'm here at all. ;)

You should come over and take some jello shots! I've got a fridge full, and they need to be gone by midnight or the Captain will hurt me. :(
