I'm not surprised; I certainly made enough guesses. :p

I comptletely forgot about the other 9s...and that's the trick of this question.

But what's with the answer being one? I don't get what you mean there.

Ravager hasn't even confirmed yet if any of our guesses were right. But I'll do in black what you want to know, Venom: The riddle asks how many times Dave will have to paint the number nine. The "number" 9 only appears once in 1-100, as 9. Sure, 9 shows up other times, in the number 19, the number 29, etc, but it's not the number 9. That's why I said he only has to paint the "number" 9 once.
That was fun :D . You should be wrong more often ;)

Correct this time.

I can run constantly without ever getting tired.
When I run, I frustrate people and drive them crazy,
Yet I don't even have to move to irritate you.
What am I?
Nose?
Now, I was thinking about being a smartas-alec, and saying that technically, the left hand can still use the right side of the keyboard, but I'll answer properly.

Whoa, did you came up with the answers yourself? How??

*clap**clap**clap*That's so mighty fine thinkin' there.
Whoa"]
No way Hosé. I just figured that no one else would know it, and I've heard it before, so I thought I might as well answer it.

My riddle website says twenty times but after counting the numbers I'm going to accept nineteen. :p

9, 19, 29 ,39, 49, 59 ,69, 79 ,89, 90, 91, 92 ,93 ,94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99

Would be better if the answer was one. :D

A fireman is running to get a net under a lady who looks like she might jump off the balcony of her 20 story apartment building. There is nothing below her except a 20 story fall. The fireman is still 100 yards away when she falls and can't nearly get there in time. The woman is not hurt more than a bruise. How is that possible?

The answer is 20 - he had to paint two nines for 99 :)

This is true. Now I'm giving people all the answers before solving. D'oh! I could have kept that going longer :( .

Correct on the newest one too. Well done :)

Two vertical 750 ft posts have a 1000 ft rope stretched between their topmost points. The rope sags to within 250 ft from the ground. How far apart are the posts?

closer then they need to be

Ah, I already feared the fireman riddle would have an answer like that; a riddle like that already got posted. But with so much riddles going on, that can happen.

On the rope question I guess this: 2 feet? Or else I say half a feet. Yeah, I think it could be rather the last one

None of the above.
Keep guessing...

If only there was a giant around. Nice answer Demo, but still wrong. :p

It would have to be 0 feet

That was your first guess again? :D

*sigh* Another:

There are 2 ducks in front of 2 other ducks.
There are 2 ducks behind 2 other ducks.
There are 2 ducks beside 2 other ducks.
How many ducks are there?

Well, that last question was purely mathematical... If the rope is 1000m, and the poles are 750m, to be 250m off the ground means that 500m is dropped. For that to happen, the poles would need ot be next to each other because that is half of 1000m.

Anyway, this one is like that too..... 4 ducks.

Late afternoons I often bathe.
I'll soak in water piping hot.
My essence goes through my see through clothes.
Used up am I; I've gone to pot.
What am I?
