Yes, There is a certain feeling with live concerts. But musicaly I dont think I've heard any band that doesnt sound like crap live compared to their studio recordings.

That's a shame. I have, I'm going to see one of them again this weekend.
@Tammy are you talking to me?

Because I never said the White Stripes were rubbish...

Nice for you.
Perhaps I will get a chance to change that in a week though.

Yes, not for anyone who might pine though, since I'm going away on Friday and coming back on Sunday.
So who are you going to see in a week?

Hopefully it will be. But I doubt it will change my experience of live bands...

Yes, some are. And I like being at that festival, But I dont think any of them will have good sound quality compared to studio things...
Of course, amongst all the spam you won't notice
I suppose they do lose a little in sound quality, but it's usually made up by the immediacy of live music. I suppose that's why you can tell a band are good if they're good live, because if they're good without having to be engineered lots in the studio, they'll sound good live.

*Sigh* If you continue I might be forced to hit you with a stick a second time.
Actually I dont think using studio engineering to make something sound better is cheating... Some of my favourite bands doesnt even play live at all, their music style makeing it impossible to do any music "real-time"
