See i was right.
You are that 17 year old "i am right" stage! :p
With age does not come maturity.
I know people who are 30 and act like a 1 year old. :D
Sorry, better luck next time! :)

SMACK! @Aerie again, just for good measure.

@Rob-hin-Exactly what is there to like about Aerie?

I dunno... I liked her innocence. But through the story she grew as a person. (virtual person that is)

And she is pretty. :D (again, virtual spoken)

What's up with all the smack! Aerie is the most useful NPC in BG2. Annoying yes, but there is no better NPC to have in your party.

Neddy, IMHO she can't wear descent armor and she is only useful when she's got "HUGE" xp pts - which make her a high level mage/cleric. While I'd rather stick with Viconia for cleric & trade her for another tank i.e. Keldorn or Minsc. And yes she's got a very annoying speech in the whole game - more annoying than Neeber or Noober. Also Nalia got better chances for being useful than Aerie

Personally, I don't care about "usefulness". I play a character (or have one in my party) because they are appealing to me. The game is easy enough as it is, and it's more fun to play with what is cool to you. (for me)

So... I don't care who knows it:

I like Aerie!

I have to agree with my client Ned here. I thought Aerie was very useful. As for armor, put some bracers on her.

My first party consisted of Nalia, Imoen, Aerie, Jahiera, Minsc and myself. (What can I say, I like to be surrounded by women ;) )

Who cares if she whines...**looks around** What woman doesn't? **ducks and runs
:D ;)

I heard the Dragon didn't :D

( On another note...I was a guest at Black Isle's Annual NPC Meeting when it was decided to put Aerie in the game. And the overwhelming votes cast was to put Aerie in the game to irriate people to death.)

Im well, thanks. I have never really understood the angst everyone has with Aerie. Anomen (sp?) was more annoying. The biggest vocal annoyance was the (paraphrase...''you must gather your party before...." every time you left a screen)

I never whine; I'm more of the grumbling type, myself.

@McB-You do know there's a way to remove that "You must gather your party" bit over at Baldurdash, don't you?

Really? I did not know that. All that aggravation for naught. Where were you when I needed that info?? ;)
