How's this for a bad day.

On the way to work..(an hour drive) and someone pulls out in front of the car coming towards me. Thanks to my lessons from the Bandit...I dodge the mess ahead of me. I then ...(as the law says) stopped to give my account of the events. It takes the trooper...45 MINUTES to get there. He takes my name down...my phone number...and says.."You can go" 45 minutes..gone. I leave and travel a half mile down the road...and someone ...seeing the pretty lights of the trooper car...while not watching the road...rearends someone ahead of me. Another 10 minutes gone!


I make it to work.

I leave work..

I get to the same spot and....you guessed it...another wreck!


Today is not a day to drive in Florida!

Sleep is liable to jump the gun anyway. If you must commit a random act of violence, direct it at aegis.....he stabbed me in the back earlier.

Thats miserable. I got out of work (6:30 pm-7 am) after getting 4 hours of sleep the day before and try to start my vehicle. It doesn't. I try to get it jumped, no luck. Go back inside call car repair place, wait hour for tow truck. Tow car across town. Driop it off, fill out paperwork and stare at the woman when she asks if "I want to wait while they get a diagnosis". Get home 9:30 am, feed dogs, just lay down and phone rings with estimate. Authorize repair, call work explaining I will not be coming in as I have had no sleep and will probably go ballistic at the slightest annoyance. 2 hours of sleep phone rings, we fixed it, can you come and get it as soon as possible since the garage is busy and they're running out of room. Go wake neighbor up from her nap to drive me to garage, hit heavy road construction 15 minute drive takes 45 minutes.
