There is a great nostalgia around that movie for me, although i will admit that it is just tat
LMAO
I actually mentioned it because it has a reputation as a seminal CGI movie and I remembered hearing that it was being released... Personally I haven't seen it. But I expected reactions more like Sleepy's from you boys
@Sleep maybe you just find Christopher Lee menacing even when he isn't because you stereotype him?

So i am predictable *sigh*
Well that voice and the fact that he is really tall might have something to do with it, plus since he turned grey and even lighter it has made him look even more menacing, while at the same time he can be charming
Selective viewing?
Well yes, I suppose

So he's a charming villain... hmmm... no, for a minute I thought he reminded me of someone, but I must be mistaken

Christmas is a time when the TV is out-of-bounds.

No, no, Christmas is when the entire family stuffs themselves full of too much roast dinner and can't do anything but lounge in front of the TV for the rest of the day
Then again, that's probably inaccurate for you people who have barbecues for Xmas dinner... grrr...

It's not a white Christmas but it does do well enough for me.
We tend to have ours down at the beach.

I blame it on the guy at the top, the big chief if you can call him that. We used to put up with an obscenely large amount of Elvis movies, during those invaluable school breaks. Turns out that when the chairman figure left. So did the movies from our TV screens.

On the plus side, now the Elvis movies are gone.

Oh come on, Elvis movie, it could be worse... it could be Schwartzenegger's comedy movies
