You need to excercise more during the day, and not have intersting people to talk to late at night.....always works for me

It feels like i have spend all day trying to remove as much sand as possible from my hour-glass...

Then i accidentialy kicked my cat, so now shes mad at me

The more I exercise the more awake I become during night...it's the "interesting people" part that keeps me awake, I think
