You know something. OS? Don't answer if you don't want. Sorry if that is a stupid/intrusive question

No, I don't. No more than you guys do. I've just been having some minor troubles this week. With friends and such.

I'm sorry to hear that. Do you want to say?

by Oscuro_Sol
There's not really a whole bunch to say, I dunno. One of my friends is totally ignoring me lately. Another, likes this guy, who has admitted to shoplifting, has egged houses, and stuff like that... I told her those things are stupid and I didn't think she should get involved with it or anything, and she just called me a goody goody.

Ouch. That a bad few days.

Yeah. I feel like I don't know them anymore, and one, she's one of my best friends. She ditches me to flirt with guys then turns them down if they ask her out. I was telling her about this DVD I bought, how awesome it was, and she only said: "I don't care," and later said she only was being like that because she was mad at someone.
I don't really know what to do. I can't talk to my other best friend, because she's sick and at home.

This been going on long?

by Oscuro_Sol
Well, I dunno how long she's liked him, but I've noticed it a lot for about a week.

This is the one with the shoplifter?
Posted: Fri Feb 03, 2006 5:34 pm
by Oscuro_Sol
Yeah. Well, she likes him anyhow. I don't know if it's true he shoplifted, or if he's just been saying it. I wouldn't doubt it though.

You think she's likely to get involved? Directly, I mean

by Oscuro_Sol
I'm not really sure. I'm not sure about anything about her really, anymore. I think she's too scared to ask him out. I don't think she'd really shoplift... but I don't know anymore.

What is she saying?
Posted: Fri Feb 03, 2006 5:44 pm
by Oscuro_Sol
Saying about what?
About
him, she usually just says how pretty he is or whatever. She told me about the shoplifting thing, I kind of snorted, mentioned it could land him a fine, she calls me a goody goody and says I don't know how to have fun.

Sounds like she's got it bad. You do realise he's perfect?
Edit. Well except for the bits that will change through the love of a good woman

Yeah. Heh, to her, yes, he is.
My other best friend, the one who's sick at the moment, agrees with me - she doesn't like him. When we both tell her this, she just says how we don't know him. Like she knows him better.

Well in my experience people in that state of mind can't hear you. You might as well go along and be there to pick up the pieces. Unless there is actual danger to her. Just my thought

Yeah. I'll talk to my other friend once she's feeling better.
Thanks Fiona.

Hmm, I've been reading this, but I haven't thought of that much I can contribute...
Sorry to hear about these problems, OS.

I'd agree with that...
