Fiona, she has never changed her avatar.
Wit is a matter of interpretation, and saying that makes me feel better.
@Rav: Exactly! Though the one I got now was simply me changing an avatar I made awhile ago.

Hehe. I encouraged you to enter the world of spamming, right? Well, you're doing fine.
It was just inevitable that we'd end up being around at different times.

It's a nice effect.
I'm trying to make more seamless loop animations.

[/QUOTE]I never changed mine... I do not especially like it when people change their avatar the whole time. I rely on those pics to recognise who's posting (variation on the same pic are OK though). Magrus is a prime offender...

I still think mine is the best

And I have no idea what I would put for a new one.

@Rav: Well, Hill will take credit, as he sent me the initial PM, and encouraged me to spam, but yes, you were the one I spammed with until I got my feet.
Yeah, that's a bit of a bugger.
Seamless is always best, rather than watching a movie-sort of thing.
@Lestat: Yeah, I know what you mean. It can be annoying, and I was tricked by the Magrus/Aramant monkey, and other such things. You can remember me as having animations

, but I don't change mine that often, just when I want a change.
@Demo: Just do whatever you feel like!

Yeah, I don't often PM people, that's just not my way, though I suppose it can be a bit difficult to encourage people sometimes.

Same with me...though I suppose that has been quite regular.
@Demo, something exploding maybe?

I can't remember what thread, but apparently I spammed, and showed that I 'had the wit of a spammer'. Utterly clueless, and confused, I thought what the hell and gave it a go. I'd say it's been worth it.
Hehe, whatever floats your boat, avatars should be fun.

That's good.
Now, we just have to encourage more people to spam.

Maybe I'll go digging, to find where I spammed.
Shouldn't be too hard to find... *grabs nearby shovel*
Let's roll!

You're going to go trawling through the SF archives? Hehe. Good luck!

Eh, I was thinkin about changin it, but I just dont know what I would change it to, everyone knows me with this avi...

That's true, I probably wouldn't recognise you without that avatar, but of you find a picture that you want as an avatar, that shouldn't stop you changing it.

*throws down shovel in disgust, and wipes dust and soot off face*
Crawling into the remnants of the blown up factory is tough, and the digging is almost impossible, and I was almost crushed by falling masonry.
Besides, I think I would have first spammed in the Citadel, as Hill would have recommended that... maybe.
But I can't find anything, I did plan to search for my name, but it doesn't work like that

.
@Demo: We can change mate, do what you want!

Maybe one of your posts in the Riddle Thread will give you a clue? *shrugs*

No, it would have been before that. I think it was simply a post in SYM when I was just starting to post in serious topics... before they degenerated into spam fests.
Maybe Hill might know, or might be able to find out.
I shall have to enquire one day when I catch him on... which is only in the mornings, so I can try once a week on Sunday.

Why don't you PM him? That'll be more conveineint (sp) and he'd hopefully spot your question then.
Posted: Fri Feb 03, 2006 5:47 am
by dj_venom
Smart thinking, but I don't really want to bother the bloke. That's why I'd just ask him in spam, rather than annoying him with a pm, because I don't want him to have to go out of his way to find it.

You could say that in the PM, otherwise it could be upwards of a month before you see him next.

Eh, I dont have any pics that fit for avi's so Im not to worried.

Well, if that's a problem, the pictures can always be resized down.
