The reason for this lies in popularist culture, because youngsters have been assaluted by images of Black men with money, cars and women then they assume that is the best way to be. So they pick up the linguistics and they assume the "stance".
The kids grow up without any proper boundaries or moral peer groups, due to this they must assume the identity of another person, without their acceptance into a group they can not feel safe or secure, kids will often become part of a group that will accept them.
At the moment it is the so called "wiggers" mostly because that is the fashion of the time, in about 5-6 years it will transfer to something else.

Besides being somewhat impressed that you know what wiggers are, you have not yet addressed the fact that this trend is especially dominant in al the hick-towns of south-west Western Australia.
@Georgi-2001: A Space Odyssey came into existence so that Mike Oldfield, upon being asked to create a soundtrack for a movie of the aforementioned title, would compose
Songs of Distant Earth-one of his better albums IMO. Tracks 10 and 11 are my particular favourites.

Although apparently we insist on spelling them obnoxiously

... further than the actual word would have. Whereas "wiggaz" is just another of those stupid words probably used by the very people it describes, and lowering any who use it to that level.

I like the word 'wiggaz'. It employs onomatopoeia (and I challenge you to spell
that non-obnoxiously

) to describe the type of person in question more accurately (and rather more poetically) than the word 'wiggers'. It is also slightly mocking, and thus indicates not only the type of person that they are, but the type of person that
I am as well.

Dolby 5.1 is definately the best, if properly set up it can create all the effects necessary for the interaction of the viewer. It has the Front rear and over the top, all vital components of "real" sound. There are also very few other acceptable set ups, THQ just doesn't have to capacity to cope with the necessary oscillation levels.
Oh, and 2001: A Space Odyssey - explain.
It depends entirely on opinion, i would say it is a form of explanation for evolution, interestingly Kubrik uses Monoliths as a kind of evolutionary push, they are the necessary component to push the species forward. Where these came from is never properly explained, their origin could be divine or extra terrestrial, what happens in the movie is just a method of portraying this component. Plus it is also an excuse for Kubrik to exert some visual trickery

You are on a survival training course, by mistake you pick and eat the wrong mushrooms. Five minutes later, a rabbit with a pocket watch runs by calling out that he is late. What should you do next???

I don't think it is particularly dominant in that part of the world, it seems to be a trend that is gaining ascendancy where one goes.
I would have to presume that the hick towns have very little to actually do in the evening, so the youth are forced to watch television rather than go outside or meet friends. Due to the prevelance of rap and hip hop in the current media and cultural shows then the main influence for these children/young adults are these forms of music and the style that comes with them.

That depends on what experience you want to have, if you are a conservative person adverse to psychedelic tomfoolery then ignore the rabbit and chew on mushrooms until you find the antidote. However if you feel you need a dose of the bizaare, follow that rabbit, see where it leads you, i mean hey, what is the worst that can happen?
