Spawn is an amazingly populair comic strip. It's about a dead assassin who sold his soul to the devil and be the general for the devil's army at the apocalypse if he could return to earth one more time. Well, he stayed on earth and began to fight both heaven and hell to protect the humans (neither one cares about us, nice thought eh? ).
They even made two movies (one animated, one acted) and a cartoon series out of it.
The whole series is excellent but only suitable for adults, a lot of bloodspilling and sometimes nudity.
Violator is a deamon who was put on earth as a "coach" or "trainer" for Spawn, he looks like a quite disturbing clown but if he gets mad he kinda becomes a huge deamon thingie, check spawn.com for pics and toys (again adult-rated) of the series plus some sub-series.

Aww. I don't suppose you guys could fit an Evil Genius in there, could ya? I'll help you plot and scheme your way to success...
...And eventually I'll turn you on each other until you eliminate your opponents one-by-one. Then, when there are only two people left in the guild, one of them will hire me to figure out a way to rid the world the other.
When the enemy is finally down, I'll go and stab my "employer" in the back, leaving only ME ME ME!
So that's my master plan. Not bad for a genius, huh? But, don't worry, this plan will be commenced on all people, so don't you Professional Villians feel like you're being singled out.
