Gary Oldman in 5th Element. Malkovitch in "In the Line of Fire". Spacey in Se7en - such brief appearances but SO damn scary!
Agree on RHPS and Tim Curry - freakily awesome!

After seeing this movie I couldn't sleep for three days.

I don't watch too many movies(or at least remember them) but my favorite is the woman in 007 "the world is not enough", Dang she's hot!

Wow! leedogg! I didn't know there were so many James Bond fans here! James Bond movies are my favourites and I have the whole VCD collection.
I believe the girl you are referring to is Maria Grazia Cucinotta (Cigar Girl). Denise Richards (co-actress) paled by comparison.
However, the most terrifying villian I have ever seen was Hannibal - great acting by Anthony Hopkins.
