This is big.
Think about this, no matter what they are, this is going to be big. They are the SITH, not the Sith, the SITH! No game has put us up against an enemy so powerful as the actual True Sith. No books, no movies, nothing. Whatever happens, if the True Sith are in KOTOR III, and if Obsidian is making it... I say to hell with all of Lucasarts! Bioware is the only company that can do this the right way. Obsidian will probally screw it up completely no matter what they do anyways so screw them. Obsidian is killing the KOTOR series, and at the best time of the series. They need Bioware to bring the True Sith into the game, not Obsidian.

Being a sith doesn`t mean doing whatever you please with your power, it takes discipline. it takes focus, im not talking about jedi morals or crap like that, but how do you think the great lords became so powerful? Because they knew the importance of these two principles. the sith of old would rely much less on the force then the sith we know now. the sith of the of KOTOR I & II rely more and more on raw power, very few of them actually train dilligentlyor . and in the second one, I think the title of "Sith Lord" was given a bit to freely. especially on Malachor.

I agree completely. But how would you defeat a "True Sith Lord" with our measly knowledge of the force, think about it. The True Sith have been extinct for 15,000+ years, alot of knowledge would have been lost since then.

I wonder how much more powerful the true Sith are to the normal sith.

i`d go with 100x more powerful.
speed
endurance
how well they are able to focus the force and control the force
forgotten force/lightsaber techniques
strength
compared to a true sith lords from waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back, during the start of the siths rise to power, the jedi and sith would be as "Children playing with little toys" - kreia
and if the true sith were so powerful, think how much more powerful the true jedi masters were.

the power is great..... like your a little bug and the "true sith" is a jedi..... that's why revan is trying to find them/it.....
i wonder if you'll get to fight or meat them/it in K3..... hope so
but as said i think the jedi allso have some power full jedis.... or some1 that might be able to fight them.

My memory might be a bit fuzzy but as I recall Kreia mentioned the Marko Ragnos was a half breed half sith half human I take it, in any case that is when she refered to How The Force users of the era were mere children in the force compared to Markos and also They also revealed that marko Ragnos had ruled for 2000 years which leads me to beleif that thier life expectancy is much longer and gives them more time to train in the force mind you he was only A Half Breed.
Also if there is a true sith there must be a true Jedi and thats where yoda's species come in, every single member of yoda's species that has been potrayed are extremely powerful and if what kreia says is true, that the force users of the past were much more powerful just think yoda's ancestor's must have been crazy with the force

No offense dude, but a true Jedi?! That sounds really corny man, I'm just saying what I think and I'm not flaming. I doubt that Yodas race was that great. I mean look at the Miraluka, all of them were force sensitive and Jerec fell to the darkside. The Sith need to remain conspicous because if they don't the jedi will pound them. Theres no reason why any true jedi should be in hiding

maybe the word true jedi dont fitt, but i understand you. well i would more use the word grandmaster. like yoda, he was a grandmaster... think back to the time of marko ragnos how power full the grandmasters would be.....

Grandmaster? That's for more of use for Kung-fu masters and such. Yeah, I understand what your getting at, the problem is Yoda's species is not like a "True Jedi", yes there are True Jedi , but they're not a species. We know that Sith are a species, and there are followers of the ideal. But Jedi are like Keepers of the Peace, they are a council of Force-users brought together like the Justice
League or other superhero groups.Except they are the originals of their kind, so I
guess if call the ability of having the Force being a spaecies I guess that works. Maybe I really don't know what your getting at!

What do we have to go on:
1) The word 'sith' comes from a species. Due to interbreeding with dark side jedi, the word came to refer to followers of the dark side. Said species was never "truer" dark side than any other.
2) Kreia made vague allusions to the true sith, existing outside the known part of the galaxy.
3) Kreia denies that what we have seen in KotoR I and II are the true sith, but says that the sith are a belief.
4) It is indicated that Revan is aware of the true sith and hence does not want to damage the military infrastructure of the galaxy.
5) The Mandolorian War may well have been instigated by the true Sith. Canderous says (in KotoR I) that the sith approached the mandalorians, urging them to attack the Republic.
Only 1) is certainly true, but let us suppose that 2-4 are true too, since they are all we really have to go by. I am more uncertain about 5) as Canderous' remark may well be forgotten when (if) KotoR III is designed, but I will discuss it later.
It would not make sense to say that a "true sith" is a being of the old sith race. That race was never evil, only dominated by the dark jedi. They were grunts in an army, nothing more. Coupled with Kreia's remark that "the sith are a belief", the true sith would probably be something she believes to reflect sith ideals to a much greater degree than she thought the sith of Kotor I and II did. Since she despised those sith, that would make sense.
Besides, the idea of the true sith just being a race doing much the same as the not-so-true-sith did, would be terribly boring.
Secondly, Revan believed the true sith to be a great menace, so great that even a watered-down version of them (Revan's Sith-Lite) would be much preferable. In Revan's view, two things are necessary to defeat the true sith: Military power and intimate knowledge of the dark side. Hence conversion into the dark side, and seizing control of the military resources of the Republic.
However, the true sith are probably not a great military threat, though military may be required to overcome them. They are not nice, and would probably have attacked the Republic already if they were able. Also, that would fit in with them instigating the Mandalorian Wars, as they wanted to either weaken it for future invasion, or perhaps brutalize it into the dark side. The biggest threat from the true sith may well be ideological - they were the source of all that darkside-activity in Republic territory that have taken place in the KotoR era. Revan's actions can thus be understood in terms of a desire to "root out the corruption", and an Obsidian-made KotoR III could thus be based on a "fight not with monsters, lest a monster you become. If you stare long enough into the abyss, the abyss stares back at you"-theme, something I believe would fit Obsidian's way of thinking quite a lot.

well im not with you here..
your getting me wrong here a. "sith lord" is a rank, "grandmaster" is a rank to, it have noting to do with yoda's species but his skills as jedi.grandmaster is the same high rank as Sith Lord only in LS.. yeah "sith" is a rase, that formed the dark side of the force(or began using it for evil, and got known for it), thats why most DS jedi is called Sith. hope things clears out what i mean in me last post

Now please correct me if i'm wrong (cause i don't want to sound dumb in the future lol) but, isn't the sith and the jedi a believe or a religion or a faction or something like that. Where can i read about sith being a race. And if you ask me, the Miraluka come as close to beeing the true force sensitive as anybody i seen or read about yet, with them beeing able to use the force from birth like an instinct or something, however little they can use it, they can still use it from birth.

i think they(sith/jedi) are a believe.
Sith (species) - Wookieepedia, the Star Wars Wiki - A Wikia wiki here you have some info of the sith species.

Spoilers? To be a Jedi you have to be in the Jedi order... thats what you're told in K2. If you've played K2 you'll probally know this since when they ask you if you're the last Jedi you can never response with the "I am a Jedi" or "I am a Sith". You can answer "I used to be a Jedi" or "Not anymore".
About the Sith.. well; I'm pretty sure that you can't be a Sith without being a "Sith Lord" or apprentice (Darth blablabla); since you're more often a "Dark Jedi"; and mostly, you only meet Dark Jedis.

just my sight of sith....
sith is a gatering of people with the believe in the Dark side of the force and all. sith lord is the rank to the ''dark jedi(s)'' that leads the sith armys.and the Dark jedis that you se in the games (K1/2) are ''sith'' because they are one of the sith lords follower(soldier/servant and all), i believe that dark jedi is just a title that they've been given.
you may not agree with me there

That doesn't make any sense at all if you watch the movies.

Now I don't know where it says in the movies that Sith are a race, if in fact that is what your saying, but i agree with they're explanation, in short they're saying the Sith is not a race but a belief, an order, an empire, whatever you would call it.
