Brink, never put beat and me in the same sentence. It's not healthy.

A man with an irreverent attitude is very sexy.
A man without purpose is less than.
And Waverly's concept of sexy is.

I only know it as "string". And I do agree with DP it doesn't look very good on obese people...

Honestly, Sleepy, I think we in the Western industrialised world is far too sensitive to overweight. I'm no better myself, I just thought you made a good comment.

I'm American and I'm not a porker. 5'9" 160lbs.
How much does a stone weigh? Or does that mean you were hit with rock 13 times?

I wish we had a global standard for measure

I
think
1 stone = 6.4 kg
1 kg = 0.45 British pounds
I stone = 14 British pounds
But is the British and American pound the same???

That's a good question... Pint is different, I know, but I think pound the same...
The metric supposed to be the standard. Only the US and UK don't like it. The problem is, it's the US and UK...

I really wish the US and UK could adapt the metric system, it's very difficult for people working with enginering, chemistry etc.

At least I wish the US and the UK had the same system, but - no. I remember when I realised the US foot is about 10% shorter than the British foot, it doesn't sound a lot, but when you're climbing, it makes a huge difference

I wish the clothing size is universal. Even among the British shops, the size isn't the same. So, in some shops I need to buy size 12, while in another I can fit into size 8. That's very stupid, I think.
