I called you Maggie when you were Magmar because "Magmar" reminds me of Maggie from Sliders.

Just be glad you didn't get stuck with the nickname "Zapple" like our old friend Zapmon.

Ah, the old rock and the hard place, I know it well. Saturnine = dour, so this was a joke.

Well, I could have called you a taurine butter dish, you see, but it somehow didn't fit.
I think we're hitting the outer limits of my sense of humor, which go far, far beyond where humanity was ever intended to go.

well, it's good thing I'm not part of humanity!

LOL, you took the words right out of mouth, and I'd rather not have them back now, thanks, since who knows where they've been. I've been watching humanity for some time, and I'm at all sure that it's all it's cracked up to be. We could try moving to another planet, but I'm sure all the trekkies would try to join us, and that would mean shooting down a lot of incoming rockets. I've never been good at twitch games, you see.

I seem to recall this from the dim, dark recesses of what passes for my mind--Kurt Vonnegut? Slaughterhouse Five? In any case, it seems a winner.

Very well. If we start a planet, we'll have to do something with it, I guess. Have you any ideas? Exports? Imports? Shrubs? Chocolate cake? I'm receptive to suggestions, just as long as everybody recalls that I'm a happily married man.

Ah yes a planet of peace, love, and a strange sense humour no one else understands.
