Good question. I know they drank meade but this actually came out of a book called "Eaters of the Dead." I just went with what it said in the book. Who really knows if they called it beer or not...I sure as hell don't.

You're probably right Mr. Sleep. Seeing as the Vikings haven't been around for a 1000 years or better, there have probably been some errors here and there.
