I have to say one time, for one person...yes.

But in the same way I gave a low rating to someone who deserved better. I could say it was a mistake...give out proof, but in the end I did hit the vote button.

(Hindsight....look at what rating you have chosen before you hit the vote button.)

I didn't make the list , after I gave 5 stars, and joined your short lived campaign!
