The other I'm betting is more of a tubular carnivor, however Flagg does fit the profile you mentioned. Does it seem strange to you that we've not heard from Flagg OR Weasel the same day that Anorexia shows up?

Foul went on top secret spy duty a while ago and never made it back. He may have been captured and now they have him made up like Tammy Faye on acid. Poor sod...worse still he probably likes it.
