Whats up T'? You know, I've been having PC problems too. After extensive testing I've found that my motherboard is FUBAR (for a while I suspected the graphics card, but alas).

@ Grunt :"D Any and all of the above My comp decided last night to suddenly shut itself down while I was working on a document. It wouldn't turn back on and it smelled "overheated". I checked all the connections,cords etc nothing was out of place. I let it cool down, tried again and it turned on then shut itself off again. So I'm on my old comp which is slow.And I have to talk to tech support Yippee

I was playing "Half-Life" again and the phone rang. Monitor went off after 20 minutes. After much cajoling, monitor went back on but game crashed and now there is no signal going to the monitor.

Monitor checks out.
Graphics card checks out.
Connections check out.
Motherboard is the only thing left in the link...
