@Kipi: THAT toll, yes, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed here since March 2001

Can't be mine if it can fit in something as small as a jar on a shelf.

No no no...
You have taken it totally wrong...
There is only small piece of it in the jar, rest is stored somewhere else

It's a
special jar, and the specimen inside looks big, fine, handsome and spongy and the label says
"Xandax, collected 2001. Keep for observation."
Btw, how is life? Are you ill or something seeing you have time to post here?
@Kipi: No, I decided to keep Xan's because he is so cute. I don't slice all!

No wonder I feel beside myself at times then.

Definnately can't be mine then.... although spongy does sound vaugely familiar.
Nope - not ill. I'm somewhat bored: nothing on the television, have seen all my DVD movies to many times and can't be bothered to boot up Oblivion again after the AI annoyed me. (tried to solve a quest in a manner which weren't intended apparently, so have to redo some part of it) and it is to late to start programming .... oh and I'm to lazy to go to bed at the moment.

Oh my, I hope I didn't confuse you with Eminem
ROFL, you sound like a social realistic novel describing the existential emptiness and boredom in the 21st century
As for me, we had a big water leakage in the radioactivity part of the lab yesterday, so I suddenly got considerably less work that I was hoping for since all my planned experiments for the next 3 weeks have been cancelled

Existentialists could learn a thing or two from me about being cynical and pessimistic about the world and the horror and the emptyness and pointlessness and the..... oh well - you get the point.

Well, less work now, but when everybody starts to mutate due to the radiation ... work will come a plenty.

Simply a result of there is not enough gamesnews I can rant about, while pointing to the stupidification (good word) of games

You should start writing novels, I see it before me: "
the Kafka of the 21st century" - The Processor by Xandax.
Nah, we haven't had a radioactive leakage for years, actually that was what has happened just before I started to post here at Gamebanshee. This is just water, but it may take as long as 10 weeks for everything to dry!
@Dottie: and a third little evil moderator joining?

He may at time act superficially similar to a
homo sapiens but upon closer inspection, you soon start to suspect that he does in fact belong to a totally different species...preliminary results indicate a completely different phylum, but I have not been able to decide exactly which. I have currenly sent a DNA sample to some colleagues working with protozoa.

I would like to rant about stupidification too, but I can't find a really good game to rant about.

Not sure, it may be useful for future blackmailing?
Btw, why are there no good games? Please rant - I've been looking for a good game for several years now, but the only one I found that was to my liking was Football Manager 2006, and that was so full of bugs it became unplayable after a while.
@Dottie: Read a book? Watch a movie? Take a walk? Go on a date with a pretty girl? Ponder what use you can be of for mankind?

I believe the rigid genre divisions have something to do with this. Most games today are only version 7.24 of something that was released in the 90's.
@C Elegans: Why? when I can suck so much fun out of you, here?
