My current RAM is 128 and it can cope with 2x 256 at maximum, so I might buy that.
It's never easy deleting lots of stuff. Not for me anyway.
Nice.
I'm thinking of making a Warforged Warmane. When I get round to it...

I used to have 2x 128, I bumped it to one 512. The computer people took my old RAM though.
I have stuff, I like keeping stuff. It makes so I don't have to buy/search for that stuff again. I have a folder just for install files for everything on my computer. Anything that I did not buy and get on a disc that is installed on my computer, I have a copy of the install file waiting in case I need to reinstall it.
I heard, that's why I changed my character to something else.

Ahh, that's bad.
Wish I could go for one 512MB but the machine can't cope with that, just the combination of 2x 256.

Bah. I told Levistus that I
might take that class, nothing for definite.
@Chu, the computer I'm using at the moment is from a supplier via a charity. The organisation part of a charity that pays employees. Hasn't been upgraded since we receieved back in 1999.
I hate to say it, but all my computers have been from Wal-Mart or the like.
Disposable PC's?
@ Rav, A PC from '99 would have problems being upgraded. I have a mix of parts like you wouldn't believe. My CD-ROM drive happens to be from 2001, the motherboard from close to 2002 or 2003, the hard drive from last year, the RAM is now new, the Power Supply and Fan are new, hmm...floppy drive from 2001. A mix of AMD, Compaq, Wester Digital, etc.
Oh, and I can fit my character build in anywhere. If need be, I can change from going cleric/wizard to something else later on. I still have my old one too I can use. Making new characters is fun for me.

Yeah, I know it would. Fortunately I found a page full of technical specifications for it. That's how I know about the amount of RAM it can take. It's completely Compaq, so it should have lots of easy ways to remove things inside...or so they say.
I don't use this computer for gaming either. Though it's still struggling.
That's good. Because I'm now looking into another class. A Psiforged Psychic Warrior sounds good.
Though I have to rely on the SRD for info. on it, I don't have any of the Psionics books.

Ah, Compaq is horrid when upgrading parts. They are ridiculously expensive as you need Compaq parts, and can't use standard ones. At least in my old system. I need a special Compaq power supply, which was going to the "low" price of $119.00 + shipping and tax.
I almost did that character! Heh.
If you don't need a computer for gaming or videos, your set with an older one.

Lets wait for Rav to ask what the Feista Bowl is.
My neighbor threatened to run down the street naked if OSU lost.
Its just about warm enough, so if he drinks a little to much Crown, I wouldnt put it past him.

@Mag, I hope I don't have that problem...
I need to check the number of pins on the RAM before I buy any new stuff anyway. So, maybe I'll see some unique Compaq version in the computer.
I use another, much faster computer for videos and games. It just doesn't have an Internet connection. Nor is it here.
You did, eh? Nice. I found the Psiforged in one of the books, but I'm not sure about the racial stats of it. I think it's similar to Warforged, so I'll base it off that and look at the Psiforged description again.
@Chu, I don't need to ask you!

I hope you don't too. I had to have my friend rewire my power supply to fit the old motherboard, then we found out the motherboard was fried and he had to rewire it BACK, and get me a new motherboard.
Use the warforged stats, and you use up your 1st level feat to get the Psiforged feat. That's all.

Actually, it was Opera...
And I guessed it was American football when you mentioned OSU.

Ahh, that's nasty. The tech specifications for this are specific, so hopefully it will work fine...

Really? Nice.
I thought Psiforged was like a sub-race of Warforged.

Sort of, but they made it easy to do. Same thing, except you spend a feat to get bonus PP and use yourself as a psychic battery, basically the only difference.
@ Chus, I want to go another OSU college party. Last one I went to, my brother got into a fight with his girlfriend for being in his friends lap, making out with the guy. He was full of Everclear punch, ran downstairs, apologized to the two girls who were entertaining me

and dragged me upstairs, grabbed his girlfriend, TOSSED her down the stairs into the yard, and told everyone we were leaving and taking "the skank" home. The amusement I had was almost worth having to leave those two wonderful females. Almost...

We ignored everyone for a few hours talking the three of us. I'd like to see them again. :mischief:

Welcome.

IM me if you need help while Levistus is gone.
That was an odd weekend. The night after that, I was in a motel room with two of my friends from around here, and Pammy. We killed a bottle of irish whisky, and then delved into some other stuff I can't mention.

I ended up passed out asleep, clutching a pillow to my head while leaning against the corner of the wall between the bathroom and the main room. Best sleep I had in months too.
