I had a quiet one, mate... a little drinking, a little
smoking, a little sauna.... and lots of sleep. I feel actually better now

....
AND - I finally took the time to watch my Monty Python collection.... including "Live at the Holywood Bowl"....

What more can you expect from the weekend

? Haven't seen "Live at the Hollywood Bowl" - I take it it's good? ** drinks some more
Duff ** Probably going to watch "Unbreakable" this evening myself.

The "Hollywood Bowl" is great.....but you've got to use the original version - not the dubbed one...
For example: The Philosophers Song
Immanuel Kant was a real pissant
Who was very rarely stable
Heidegger, Heidegger was a boozy beggar
Who could take you under the table
David Hume could out-consume
Schopenhauer and Hegel
And Wittgenstein was a beery swine
Who was just as sloshed as Schlegel
There's nothing Nietszche couldn't teach ya
'Bout the raising of the wrist
Socrates himself was permanently pissed
John Stuart Mill of his own free will
On half a pint of shandy was particularly ill
Plato they say could stick it away
Half a crate of whiskey every day
Aristotle, Aristotle was a buggar for the bottle
Hobbes was fond of his Dram
And Rene Descartes was a drunken fart
"I drink, therefore I am !"
Yes Socrates himself is particularly missed
A lovely little thinker
But a bugger when he's pissed
No worries, mate.....
**opens a can of beer from the fridge and kicks back a little**

BTW - what do you think 'bout
that ?
AR again ? (Note spelling....

)
Maybe our resident detective Tybby could look into it....

....
But wait and see until one of the mods shows up and checks...we don't want to condemn anyone without further evidence...

Fear not. The way my schedule has been going, it certainly has not been your fault youve missed me around SYM. The internet doesnt work in my chemistry class, and I have to pay hard attention in History, so I dont log on during those morning classes. If the internet is up tomorrow morning at school, dont be surprised if I pop in late in your stay at SYM.
Hmmm...I went the entire weekend without even visiting SYM!

I was too busy wallowing in disgust over OSU's win on Saturday....and Sunday......well that was 10 straight hours of the NFL of course. Over the 2 days, I think I absorbed over 22 hours of football.

I thought those three vital items were inseperable: Football, chips and beer. They are in this country anyway

Of course, it's rugby not American football...

Well they certainly make it feel so much better. But my laziness gets the better of me 9 out of 10 times.
