I remember a comedy show once (can't recall right now which one) it goes something like this:

Tony Blair is in a meeting with John Prescott and a representative of a company, the representative is busy explaining why his company needs to build over a park for their new flats, he ends his statements and Prescott and Blair are unconvinced, the representative says "Of course if i just leave this suitcase of money here, will that change your mind?"
