Its down to 40? I used to live in London, ONtario. Just a 2 hour drive along lake erie, and in between it and lake huron. It supposed to get sokmehwat violent there, but its lower than they said it would be.

Hurricanes really disipate over land. They get their energy from warm water.

Bio hazard wouldnt apply, unless youve been hiking all over the place and have an STD. But I can think of other hazard signs we could put up. Like, warning, poisionous, cause of what it does to your mind.

It was a category 4 when it hitland. close to category five. It may seeep some energy off the lakes...

It gets most energy from the 30 degrees water in the Gulf of Mexico. It may have a hit a warm eddy that made it even stronger. Doubt the lakes are going to be quite that warm or big enough to sustain it.

In Ohio? Will pipes burst or something? theres not a lotof lakes in Ohio, no offence.

I know how it is made, Ravy, but lately the lakes have been more violent and hotter of late. theyve raised six inches., and for a while, the same number of degrees.
*edit* and it was 32 degrees. The gulf of mexico.

The lakes are nice andcold (compared to the ocean) . . . though they are probably big enough

As mentioned, the temp rose a while ago. Thanks to the pollution of the GTA.

There are a lot of small creeks and rivers that flood there banks. I went fishing in my backyard once

Ive been fishing in my backyard for a while. But there was always a creek in my backyard.
