Is it one of those dry ones where it's only thunder and lightning ? I love rain, but there's nothing cooler than lighting playing across the sky for no good reason.

Yes warm and wet and sheet lightning and no gaps between it and the thunder and the it has been almost continuous for the last 40 minutes. It is amazing

I personally am incedibly happy I'm not holding an enormous sheet of metal above my head while standing on top of Glasgow's tallest building.
