22.3 % is closer to 1/5.

So what if we bought Tornado Alley from a bunch of foreigners who didnt have enough sense to put their houses on wheels so they could move out of the way of 'naders?
Putting your house on wheels will help you avoid Ralph Nader!?!?!?!?!?!
One way ticket?
But of course.

Its been known to happen. When was the last time you saw some one driving his house down the street in a pick up truck with a Nader sticker on the bumper of his house?

They aren't tributes to the French, all those cities are reminders how much better we are than the French. We can take something of theirs and make it better.
EDIT: Except New Orleans... I mean picking Reggie Bush over Vince Young? How retarded can you get!?

Well, what they have is French, what we have is American. If you apply the basic truth of this world: American > French, you end up that what we have is better. I mean how can you even compare Paris, France to Paris, Missouri?
And don't get me started on Rouen. I mean 3 vowels in a row? What is their problem!?
I think your confusion may arise from your expectation of logic and intelligence. While these traits usually exude from my posts like juice from a crushed pomegranate, you have to understand the subtlety of posting as a patriotic American. All normal thought is replaced by a vapid, uncompromising belief that all things American are better than anything else in the known or unknown universe. And French == utter crap. When you grasp the difference you should not be confused anymore.
