I come here because none of my friends understand my love for RPG's. Whenever I talk about computer games, they say, "He's rambling on again."
BTW, HOW DO YOU DO THAT DRAKRON?!

That's so awesome. That translation is horrible! I remember recently seeing this weird video satire on that game, constantly repeating "All your base are belong to us." Everyone else thought is was hilarious, except for me, who had never heard of the game.

Magus: Just look through "RPG stats update" thread. We had great time today, and it's really hilarious.

Good question Ubik. I'm not sure. I keep plenty busy, am pretty good at making flesh and blood friends, and have normally found forums to be dull...odds were pretty heavy against me frequenting one myself. But I do

I guess we have simply been lucky enough to gather a diverse group of intelligent, witty people here. As long as someone is making me laugh, I'll keep coming back. Hopefully I have contibuted a few chuckles too.

I too like this forum for the same reasons as many of the other posters. I have lots of friends who play computer games, but not RPGs. This is the one place where I can consistently "chat" with people who like Sci fi and fantasy literature, or whose eyes don't glaze over when I talk about RPGs. (Well most of the time

)I also enjoy everyones sense of humor. The other thing that interests me is hearing from people from other parts of the US and the world. It offers a great perspective on different issues.

Brinks learning about life, the universe, and everything. And spam.
I come here to spam.
No, seriously. I came for the gaming tips, I stayed for the community (of role-players and gamers) and the laughs that go with it).
Cheers everyone!

It is my guess - and nothing more than an educated guess - that Brink is learning about... wanking
And... by the best wankin teachers: Gruntboy and Waverly
@ALL: Why can't you believe I can't stay serious (for a moment or two, at least) ???

What has poor Ubik done to deserve this?

I wanted nay needed to know something, found Gamebanshee and have enjoyed it ever since it is rewarding and funny.
The only problem becomes you can't really talk to other people about how much fun you are having on a MSG board they think you are pathetic

@Sleepy, Are you now convinced that we are all a pathetic bunch of axe-wielding maniacs??
If that is truly the case, shouldn't GameBanshee get some sort of government funding for keeping each and everyone of us of the street???

Yes.....
I like the idea of just vegetating in front of a monitor all day, must press refresh... no one has answered my question yet.... i guess i had better lob their heads off... i will get you all, you are doomed Gamebanshee, sleep fitfully at night for i will come for you..... your heads are not safe....
I just thought of a really bad idea for a TV movie where this serial killer tracks down people he met on Gamebanshee and goes on a Killing Spree, it would sure answer the question of where all the other spammers went

It would also probably get you good advertising
