So is any other caster, who would have more spells, too. Besides, you'd have to prepare many of these during battle before he could join in the fun. That's a lot of time out while Korgan gets beaten into the medieval equivalent of Silly Putty. :D

Well yeah, but we talked Haer vs Keldorn now if I'm not mistaken?

Well, stop that big bully from picking on Keldorn, then, and putting Haer'dalis in his place! ;) To bring matters back on track: has anybody else found it easy to have Keldorn cast Dispel when confronted by a lich and a large irritable helper of his at melee? Whenever I tried it, Keldorn kept getting interrupted.

i think with a bit experience its not that hard, after you have fought a lich a few times you know what the lich will do, so you could start to cast the dispel between his spells, or even right befor his contingency triggers ;)

another trick you could use is to retreat and seperate him befor you do the dispel, so the AOE spells does not hit him and he usually will no be targeted if hes a bit out of the way :mischief:

At the risk of sounding annoyed, I've played the game through 5 complete times. I'm on my 6th, now. I've used Keldorn 3 previous times. I have experience. It has happened each time, repeatedly.

Maybe I'm just cursed.

Not sure I know what you mean, here. Just back up, and cast?

I'm with Dummy here, fable. At a certain point you just know when the Lich starts casting spells or when it isn't. Right before the timestop is always a good moment, just as right after it (when all the symbols are gone and away). You just need to develop a 'feel' for it, as vague and general as that may sound.

Timestop takes some time to cast, Keldorn's dispel doesn't. It should be a matter of hit and run, cast and get the hell out of there.
