I do beleive I've seen that poem before, and I think that later on on the webpage I was reading, they stated that there was no Sandgoose or Singing Sword

Matt, if I can find the post that Sam, one of the Devs on Big Blue Box, I'll find his post and post it up. Possibly the link to it also, if it is allowed.

I have noticed that most of the random ships have blue flags with a bird on them. I also noticed that on the front of the Ship of the Drowned is a sculpture that looks like a bird. I'm pretty sure that it is nothing, but it's food for thought I guess.

P.S. This is off topic, but I found this picture of the Singing Sword. It's most likely fake, but pretty cool looking, even for a probable fake weapon.

Hm, picture of the singing sword? Hmm, anyways...some people say BBB said Singing Sword is in, but Sam did not mention it though.

my guess is from the messed up poem the singing sword is suppose to be

-the fire heart(not sure about this one, well cause it ain't really a sword...)

but for the mods out there... so sorry for being inaccurate, i had no clue i was in the wrong forums! and i though i saw a picture of the xbox dragon cliff but it was really the PC one!:laugh: but since you cant mod on fable for the xbox... time to move onto halo2 moding!

Well, I know the Legendary Boat "Sandgoose" hasn't been on topic for a while. But recently I found some strange things. I will tell you how I did it, I'm getting closer everyday. I was searching for this Mysterious Boat, and I found it. Only thing is, I cannot board the boat. Maybe you guys may help me on this "Little Quest" of mine. Okay, now I will tell how what I did so you people may do it at home. First of all I was in Oakvale searching for clues, because peter was saying something about the "Main City" I figured it has to be Oakvale or Bowerstone. I started my journey in Oakvale and I waited and waited.. I was going to give up and then I went to the docks and noticed two boats! Each one had a picture of a very strange bird on it, I copied down the time for future reference, here it is; Your Own Day/Night chart at the top right corner of your map must be like this: It is nighttime and the line is straight so the little arrow is pointing in the middle of the nighttime side. Now, I went to Hook Coast and I noticed at the docks there were boats there too! Of course I was trippin balls, then I decided to see if another Legendary Boat was there..The boat that takes you to Dragon Cliff, I know many people believe Dragon Cliff isn't real, and maybe they are right, but so many clues lead to this island being real! Anyways I went to Prison Path and there it was, an old beat up boat with a dragon head on its standard. I teleported back to Hook Coast and there were many starange things happening! ALL the houses were for sale! I didn't know why, I didn't raid the town at all yet. Then I went to Oakvale and saw the same thing too! I was trippin even more balls at this point. Anyways, I went to Bowerstone Quay and say some boats with "Sandgoose" On them. But It was morning and the houses thing was gone.. Maybe if I bought the houses somethign might have happened.... I don't know bt I'm going to Investigate on this more. One last thing, I notice these "Snow Disturbances" in Hook Coast on the ground near the house you can buy, the dead fish by the docks, and ones next to the Tombstones near the house on top.

Same Thing Happend to me but i went to the cemetery in oakvale and saw that between the two statues that was around the first crypt u cant go in that wen u stand a little ways away from the crypt u will see that the crypt looks like a goose wearing a sandhat. try to look CAREFULY THOUGH! and the house thing happend to me in hook coast so i bought the tavern lol. and with the fish thing and the snow fly there thats a quest thing they took out i think...

the way the cemetary looks doesn't matter its just a decoration or sumthin

the only thing im tring to figure out is how the hosue go for sale

I bookmarked that just so I could read it's ridiculessness whenever I wanted. All that you will accomplish by doing that is screwing up your marriage with Lady Grey. If you want to try it, go ahead, but be warned that it is a load of crap and you will just screw up your marriage to a woman who gives you Solus Greatsword and Elixers of Life etc.

I had to agree with Berethor here. The method to get this 'Legendary Sandgoose' looks too suspicious to be true. Its near to impossible to do all of the aforementioned steps just to get some weapon that is not even listed in any existing game guide (or walkthrough). I just had a feeling that this method is quite far fetched the first time I read it.

This link looks kind of weird. Clicked on it and it went to a page that looks as if someone is using HTML coding to write out his walkthrough (I don't know much about HTML but I've learnt the basics last year and that's what it looked like to me).

Mask of Jack, can you post your screenshot(s) of this 'Legendary Sandgoose' so that people who visit this thread will know what it looks like? I am certainly sceptical about its existence in the game.

These directions desamate all.. I have never seen somthing that wierd.... and even with fable explorer i did not find a sword called the legandary Goossword or something....

I would like u to post a SS of the sword couse to me this is nothing but air on a cup of water

@Mask of Jack. Like both matthew and Des, I think you should post a screenshot if you have actually got this to work. Just because something was written by someone on a forum, whether this one or another, it does not necessarily mean it was true. I think whoever wrote that just had some spare time on his hands and decided to have a bit of a laugh. Of course I could be wrong, but if you want to people to take you seriously on something like this (the sandgoose naturally causes people to be skeptical) then I think you will need to post a screenshot as evidence that it actually works.

I am almost positive that it is a hoax. I guarentee that more people would be coming to the forums and saying "ZOMG u guyz I leik founded teh SandGoosez!!1!one1!!" if it was real. If it would be real, it would come from more than one source and not just one unknown website, because other smarter people would test it. But anyways, post a screenshot, take a pic of it with a camera, w/e, just post it here to prove your theory.

Even so the method of obtaining this weapon is really strange..
Even it is not listed anywhere and i am shure it does not exsist what i did found where some other things but no sandgoos or what so ever..
Not with fable Explorer not in the final albion file absolutely nowhere.
perhap becouse the game is called fable that people start making up story's

The Legend of the SandGoose:
A bird that has said to be real but it really ins't unless you decide you want to mod the game to make one.

The Singing Sword:
The singing sword can not be found unless you mod the game!

Why the houses went up for sale:
It is a glitch(obviously).

If you want more information just go to fabletlcmod.com they gotta friggin art gallery of the singing sword and model swapping and new weapons you can create.


BUT MOST IMPOTANTLY!!!!!! STOP MAKING THREADS OF THE SANDGOOSE AND THE SINGING SWORD!!!

And the weapon you found that said it was the sandgoose it was just another glitch i got this club thing that said it was the scimitar
